This is just a non-playable preview/demo CD for PC that was included with EDGE Magazine issue 52. It includes video demos of:

Metal Gear Solid, Resident Evil 2, Gran Turismo, Tomb Raider 2, Felony 11-79, TOCA, Diddy Kong Racing, Top Gear Rally, Ganbare Goemon, Mischief Makers, Goldeneye, Baku Bomberman, GP Legends, Screamer Rally.

It has a section on TV ads for Tamagotchi games and a train simulation, some CGI and interactive music (which seems to crash for me on Windows 7) and a Sony promotional video.

Thought some of you might like it
