EDMD Problem

Hi im using a reduced size MMC card in my Everdrive (for the megadrive). Anyway I format the card on the pc but then when i try to load a game on the MD i get "sel error 110". I have it updated to the latest OS and when I go to the toolbox there is no format option in there. It definitely sees the card as it updated the OS by loading the bin off it to do that. Any ideas?

 

FAT16 or FAT32? Cluster size? Turn on "genny3 mode"?

 

Fat32 cluster size is default (didnt take notice but didnt change it either) and i will try genny3 when i get back from work tonight.

 

No combination of EDMD settings is fixing this for me on my Model 1 Genesis.

 

For view "format card" menu, press A+B+C at startup, like as OS update

 

Harp00nX what is your firmware version?
i detected that OSv29 does not work on carts with old firmware v4. OS just kill all data on SD card and all, but work if sram auto backup option was dissabled and /EDMD/SAVE/ folder was created manualy
