It is very sad to hear that. I think it was a priceless piece with No.0000 on its serial plate. Did you come across another copy before?

 

I've never seen like this before.
with a photo placed in book "Gran Turismo 4 the Bible", the sample or prototype package at Nike headquarters is JP ver. "0004".

It sold only at SCE PlayStation Store and NIKE Store in 2004. reason of promotion for limited edition just 1000 pcs, ....unclear.
