Hi guys I was wondering if anyone knew some electronic repair shops in Tokyo that are not afraid of Gaijin or touching electronics from another country I have a linkstation quad 4 TB raid device thats gone..seems like the motherboard on the unit or the power is not going through all the way (LAN lights up at back..no power when pushing the power button. Its from the US and out of warranty and BIC camera will not touch it nor will Buffalo Japan. Really all I want is the box so I can put my HD's in there but instead ill have to buy the whole unit with HDs costing 50K+ which is money i dont want to spend really
You can forget about any big name that sells TVs and so on. Find some electronics store that specializes in PC parts. they'll fix it if they do repairs.
Thanks guys I think ill go to Hashiriya's recommendation. I will ask my friend to write me some phrases to use as my Japanese is not good enough to ask for anything technical
