Took me a couple of tries to get registered on here but it's worth the wait! I have a question, would It be possible to procure a copy of Seiken Densetsu 3 (Live a Live, Megami Tensei 2, etc) and then flash the eprom with the english translation of the game? What would I need to go about doing something like that?

The general way is with 4 1 meg eproms, eprom writer, 174ls139, compatible cart.

You'd also need a soldering iron, desoldering iron, eprom programmer, solder, wire, etc.

Is there a fundamental change to the way the PCB are set up on a SFC game versus a SNES game? Couldn't a modified Seiken Densetsu rom fit on the original eprom?

The original is a non-rewritable rom, not an eprom.
