Error 110 when trying to load from 32X

hi all, (great forums btw) im having a problem when trying to get to a game to flash when my everdrive MD is plugged into my 32X - when i press select game i get an error 110, works fine through my megadrive no problem, nothing is modded and i dont have a mega-cd, ive tried formatting the SDHC card but made no difference, i cant understand how it works fine through my megadrive but not through my 32X

help please!

 

Does your 32X work with with regular game carts? Is your 32X hooked up correctly? What games are you trying to play?

 

i dont have any regular 32X carts (yet) was hoping i wouldnt need to buy any!

Really hard to say until we know if your 32X even works.

Right, but you said the cart works on the Genesis. 32X's also are known to have issues. So really until you get a 32X game cart and prove the 32X works properly I am not sure what else we can do because we would just be beating our heads against the wall if the 32X turns out to be the problem. Process of elimination.

 

Are you trying a Master System game (often file extension .sms)?
Those do not work on the 32X.

 

no, havent been able to try anything yet as i cant get into my game choices - ive bought a cheapo 32x game, will wait for it to arrive so i can test the 32x properly before posting again...

 

could someone perhaps tell me what the errors i have had mean?

 

turns out it was a 32x fault - fixed

 

Not a shock. The 32x is prone to break.
