[EU/WORLD] PS3 Test Prototype

Selling my DEH-BH1100A-B proto test.

Works like a regular test as far as I know. Nothing on it, comes with 1 controller. It has some light scratches marks like pretty much all PS3s have. Warranty seal intact so it has never been eopened.

Asking price 1200 USD. Would prefer shipping within EU but the rest of the world probably works too

(Latest publically released fw will be on it.)

Does it come with a matching prototype controller? How many usb ports does it have on front?

The prototype machines are generally the first batch of test units that haven't passed the various safety and interfernce checks in the country they are in. The Japanese prototype machines are the interesting ones but I've only seen one once...

 

No it is a standard CECHZC1J sixaxis controller that I got with the unit when I bought it.
4 USB ports, 60GB hdd.

I dont know what you mean, but if you mean "regular" firmware I will put the latest publically availible firmware on it.

Does this connect to Sony's private development internet portal (equivalent to Microsoft's PartnerNet) with no problems? (I.e. It isn't banned).

If you mean dev networks sp-int and prod-qa then yes, if you mean something else please clarify. 60GB hdd. I'll check how much shipping to UK is.

with standard option(those prices are for all EU countries). EMS is about double, a bit more even.

 

Last I remember reading; SCEDEVNET is done by IP not machine.
All SN software is restricted by IP and not a login. And it mentions SCEDEVNET being done the same.
