looks liek the PSP won't be launching over here until the summer as sony are making as many units as possible available for the US launch:

the PSX has been updated with 2 new models - the key feature in both being that they can export video to a memory card duo in a format compatible with the PSP - not in the same format as it is stored on the machine itself however, so approx 12mins/hour of vid is needed to encode into the correct format. OTher features are the usual improved tools rubbish, and DVD+R dual layer support. Expect it to be as much as a flop as before though, since the price is still a craaaazy 80,000 yen for the 250gb version and 60,000 yen for the 160gb version.

Heh, SCEA screwing SCEE over with PSP shipments, forcing them to postpone their release plans.

Which means newer ones will never be produced.

SONY - RELEASE A PSX WITH AN ENGLISH MENU NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or just an option to change it to English (Nobody cares if it is NTSC because we all use RGB cables). And while you're at it change the BB Navigator menu to English too. It already has the option but it has been "greyed out".

What's the point of putting the option there if you can't blo*dy use it!!!!

AGH!!!! Why does Japan get everything. The UK is deprived............I'm moving.

the problem is they use japan as a testbaloon if it works they may consider sending it out to the world if it doesnt they just kill it
