I really want a Nintendo DS Lite in black and am having trouble finding a retailer who would sell them (and ship overseas). I've checked with a couple domestic importers with no success and all the retailers I've found that DO ship overseas, won't ship this particular item. Any suggetions?

Why not request somebody here to buy it for you. After they recieve the NDS they will ship it to you as a gift of some sort. Why don't you just take apart your NDS and Tint the case black.
Someone mentioned play.com I dunno how they are with hardware, but atleast software and media they ship internationaly, free of charge. They take pre-orders for the black DS Lite at £99 gbp atleast, which makes about $185. Doubt you'll find anything cheaper in Europe anytime soon, so play.com is probably the way to go if you want a black DS Lite from EUrope.
