The British ones of these come up on eBay fairly regularly and seem to usually cost circa £10 + shipping. Would one of those not work for you? I can't see the key caps in that picture, so can't tell how much the layout differs, other than knowing that rather than QUERTY, German keyboards usually are QUERTZ and French AZERTY (I don't think there's such a thing as a "pan-European" keyboard really.)
