Everdrive 64 v2 - "init error: 50"

I have an Everdrive 64 v2 and I only got around to trying it out for the first time today (I previously had a v1).
Everything works fine, except I get an "init error: 50" every time I load up. Once I press a button to skip past it everything is okay though.

What is this error and how do I avoid it?

 

Never mind, I think I had an old version of the O.S. installed. It went away now.
