Here's how my artwork for my EverDrive64 turned out. I toyed around with a bunch of ideas before settling on this one, that is based on Super Mario Galaxy, so, not exactly in line with the appropriate generation, but I'm happy with it, and happy to share my artwork with anyone that wants to use it. I can also upload PSD files somewhere if anyone's interested. Also, these are all 300dpi, so perfect for printing. I saw a logo for KRIKzz on everdrive.us, and so I recreated it in Illustrator to use on my labels. I hope that's alright. Otherwise, I'll remove it from these one's that I've put up here. I also messed up my black cart, so I have another coming soon. (Yeah, I originally installed the board backwards and cut the SD slot out of the wrong side of the shell. Whoops.) Hi veggav, can you upload the template or modified that with mega everdrive info and name? I want to use that cover for my next review pictures
The sum of today's work on an ED64 label. No points for guessing which label it's based on. It's odd - the work on the Nintendo labels only serves to identify how inconsistent the layout of the core elements (the logos, serial numbers, etc...) is. I know they look a bit messy on my designs, but I measure the position and size from the original.
Looks Awesome!! Please upload the PSD files!! I want to change the size of the SD Card because mine is 8GB And here's my rear label if anyone like it: Thank You!!
I put together the PSD files for the front label and the SD label. I also included the font that I used to make the "16 GB" on the label. Most layers should be (hopefully) labeled and clear enough to see what's going on. Any way, enjoy! http://dl.dropbox.com/u/46478994/ED64-PSD-files.zip
My Everdrive GG label. I'll probably update it later, after I get further into the game and capture a better battle scene.
Here you can see my painted case and label http://youtu.be/G6sPiagSDTs (If you're interested in the .png i will upload it )
Thank you Krikzz, my Everdrive 64 just came in! Not only did it arrive in about a week, but I was pleasantly surprised to find you took the time to print out both labels (both of which I had intended to use myself) and paint the plain grey cartridge to a beautiful smoke grey! Lovely!
Hey i was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on printing out spoonTRexs labels. Ive attempted to print out both the front and back labels he provided but they always come out way to big and im having trouble getting the print out at exactly the right size. I was hoping to get some advice here before i waste anymore ink. Thanks in advance for any help!
Found this a few pages back. The first page should be updated to list various measurements for the different carts.
I just got my universal game case and decided to create a nice sleeve to compliment spoonTRex's beautiful EVERDRIVE64 cartridge label. Threw in sanni's neat Seal of Quality for good measure. Click the image for the download link:
