By using a quality printing software. I use photoshop but I'm sure MS Paint can print to scale.

I finished my case for the Everdrive today. I used windjammer's label. I don't wanted to tinker with scissors and glue so I printed it on an old Inkjet floppy disk label paper. The floppy disk label is just a bit smaller than the label of a Mega Drive cartridge.

I have created and printed my own labels
let me know what you think
the pause button is so flush under the label, you just press the red dot and it works :p

the cut on this one was pretty rough i have cleaned it up with a new label

Been messing around with some sprites to make my own label. Still some way off finding something simple that works, but here are a couple of examples.

I like the idea of using game sprites. Looking forward to seeing what it's like when finished.

For the guys who are just poking holes for the CF card I'd suggest cutting a |---| shape where the slot is so you can just fold them under onto the insides. Would look a little better.

Took far too long to say it ended up decidedly mediocre, but I like the creative talent to make something decent out of it. Here's my label design. I'll hopefully stick it on the cart some point over the weekend

This is mine, for the PAL dudes. Please keep in mind this is a WIP. Will post it when finished, along with the newer, blue-style version.

    Very nice covers.

By the way, why EA games had a differently shaped cartridge? (at least in USA). Here in Brazil, since all games were manufactured by Tectoy, all EA games had normal MegaDrive/Genesis cartridge shape. But was commom to see those EA carts at games stores / rental places.

I think Accolade and Codemasters had different shapes as well.

I see many US Genesis and EU Megadrive lables and case design for the Everdrive,
but I could not find any with Japanese Megadrive design,
    so I made one myself.

I hope you like it
All character artwork except for Comix Zone,
was taken from actual scans of games popular in Japan that I have.
SD slot is customized by me so that it doesn't disturb the Megadrive design.
I put a new "Push in"/"Push out" SD slot in the back.

    description:
    1. Case Cover
    -Front top: "Rent A Hero"
    -Front bottom: "Comix Zone"
    -Next to title: "Ristar"

    -Spine: "Sonic the Hedgehog"

-Back top: Arlu and Lara from "Madoh Monogatari I"
-Back bottom: Red and Blue from "Gunstar Hero"
    -Screenshot top: "After Burner II"
    -Screenshot bottom: "Shinobi"
-Background art: SA-77 from MEGA-CD game "SILPHEED"

The comment in red "FOR MEGADRIVERS CUSTOM"
    is taken from "Alien Soldier".
In green letters it says "We hope SEGA will come back" or similar.
In small gray letters it says "We don't need to blow breath at our carts any more!,
Everdrive will hold all the games that you ever wished in to one".
It is a famous fact in Japan that little kids blow at there carts to get them to work ;-)

    2. Cart Lable
-Sonic and Tails from "Sonic the Hedgehog 2"
    -Arlu from "Madoh Monogatari I"
    -Tiki from "New Zealand Story"

Sorry my native language is Japanese, so my English is not so good.
Maybe my translations are not perfect,
but if someone likes this artwork I am happy :cur_sonic:

I love it, the best looking one so far in my opinion. Well-balanced design.
    Thank you for sharing.
