Given Krikzz hasn't visited since April of last year, I will be closing and removing the everdrive forums in one week.

    Seems reasonable.

No reason to host a community-run support forum. Anybody could do that.

He has his own forum now. If he won't come here then there's no point in having one for it.

i always wondered why we had an everdrive forum. that seems more like krikzz's deal than yours.

I realize he has his own forum, but there's a LOT of useful information located in a good portion of that sub-forum. Does it have to be removed?

I guess I can archive it and stick it in a corner.

Please do that, it can come in handy to have the old threads somewhere.

Agreed. I've not yet got into Everdrive but it's on my list of things to do, and I'm sure I'll find a lot of useful info in those threads by our knowledgeable members here. Would hate for it to disappear completely.

That would be great Assembler. I'm sure Googling alone brings a lot of eyeballs to the forum for Everdrive queries.

Shame, personally I considered HERE to be the one stop place for support of all things ever drive related, the majority of the interesting info had nothing to do with Krikzz. I have been to his forum and just does not have the same feel, in a few of my Everdrive videos I always linked to HERE as the definitive resource. Oh well. Is it some kind of serious burden on the site to have it here?

The problem is that while it's Krikzz's forum of his hardware he can delete and ban whoever he wants.
So if this section goes away there's only AtariAge as a neutral ground to talk about it.

But even AtariAge is under heavy influence of StoneAgeGamer which won't like negative feedback because he sells his products.

AssemblerGames is the last neutral ground that I'm aware of for this, it will be really sad to see it goes away and won't have a single trust worth place to look for information online on this piece of hardware.

The problem is we wind up having a lot of forums that the creator couldn't be bothered to pop in now and again to say hello.

I have downgraded the everdrive forums from front page to a category with sub-forums. This is to reflect the decreased posting and
almost nonexistant support here from the creator who seems to have vanished once he made enough money....

I understand and I also support your decision. There's no other option.

By the way.. Assembler, you have been way more present in the forums lately.
This is really great. Hope you are felling better and can keep up with all the active discussions. :)

I've come to realize my responsibility and need to grow the site, protect the history and data.

We're going to see a huge die off of ps2 , dc, and xbox pages soon. We need to conserve all that.

Xbox 360, specifically the files are at risk. Namely the dash , updates, and xbox live games that will be
    no longer available soon.

I've been slacking for a long time and I need to get my fire back.
