EverDrive MD - AtGames

Hello Everyone!

I'm sorry for telling this in this forum and topic. I don't know I'm doing this correctly.

I've bought EverDrive Megadrive and I recieved today . I've booted on a atgames megadrive and it booted.

But the problem is :
fat init...
HC


It keeps telling me that when I go to load a game.

I dont know what is that.

Anyone knows what is it?

Could You tell me how to fix it.

at games clones it is not a real genesis, it is emulator with a battery. unfortunatelly everdrive can not work with this system.

But I think it is not a firecore. It came from China my AtGames.

 

as far as i know AtGames don't made systems which is based on real hardware, only emulators which is based on some modern hardware. some original carts also will not work on such systems

I'll try Everdrive on my original megadrive 2.

 

I've tried again on atgames the first one, it shows me the menus from v29 OS. The issue before trying on my megadrive 2 is to know how to make a folder structure.

How to format sd card even mmc?

In select game gives me fat init... hc with no errors.

I know that does not work with any atgames but i want to know why show me all the v29 os menus even format sd or recover os with a+b+c and turn it on.
And the structure of the sd card does not show any game even it keeps me saying fat init.. HC ?

With no errors.

you will never be able to open SD card on your atgame. only hangs or errors. permanent "init hc..." is a typical thing for atgame system, cuz menu can not get any responses from cart hardware

I found my everdrive-md is a china version. Sorry about that.

My version is os v29 and firmware version 1x

I think it is a china version as I saw in a youtube video and a review.

I said that because I've seen a reviw at youtube with a chinese version with v29 and firmware 2x

Mine says v29 firmware 1x.

These are correct. Or the chinese version cartridge is not the same. I have but an official and as We know does not work with emulator atgames.

man, are you drunk? you are completely wrong. v13 is a lastest firmware, chinese carts probably work with firm v12. problem only in atgame junk

Probably is the atgames.

 

All AtGames are firecore. Everything AtGames makes uses software emulation. That's why their compatibility is worse than a clone like RetroN3 or GN Twin which use hardware emulation.
