Today I tried my Everdrive MD on a friend's Megadrive who also owns a 32X. His 32X is NTSC but his Megadrive has a 50/60hz switch. He can play US 32X games without problems. This is what happens: 1. Everdrive MD without 32X = works perfect 2. Everdrive MD connected to the 32X = gives an error when trying to read the SD Card. I also tried selected PLAY GAME (game was already written to the flash) but nothing happens Is this normal behaviour? Thank you!
We didn't attach the Sega CD. I don't remember the error name but it was something to do with the SD Card for sure. By the way, we tried the same 32X on two different Megadrives, same issue.
No problems on my end and are you the everblue that requested columns 2 for the dreamcast on another site? If so i filled your request. I bought dumped and ripped it for you. If not the same guy sorry.
looks like your 32x locks some signals, which is important for everdrive, but unused by regular games. May be some defect in 32x
Thank you so much for writing this post ^^ it solved my half-hour problem. Then I read your post plugged in my Model 1 Sega CD and boom! problem solved...32X gaming goodness! Thanks again :victorious:
