Ok so I made a post previously, asking if the bios can be modded for the WiFi-SD card to work. Needless to say the bios doesn't need to be changed, this card works! Sort of. I bought this card: https://www.transcend-info.com/Products/No-401

The good: FTP server (access contents of everdrive card remotely)
Possibility for better integration with Everdrive 64 as the transcend WiFi SD card appears to also be a small linux server (busybox), there are several online communities that have played around and rooted this SD card for their own purposes. Perhaps there is someone out there with some creative skills can do something cool. (Google WiFi SD hacks!)

The Bad:
Hard to configure card for the first time.
FTP functionality has to be "hacked" (though is extremely easy, I will explain how!).
Transferring files is VERY slow (5 minutes for Conkers bad fur day) This is best to use with gameshark codes, patches, NES games, saves file transferring (basically for small file transfers).

I am using Windows 10 PC so everything I explain is using a windows 10 PC.

The manual can be found at the transcend website.
First thing would do is update the card reader. Follow the update procedures from the transcend website.
Next thing I would do is connect the WiFi SD card into my PC's SD card reader (or included card reader usb stick).
Copy all your Everdrive files into the SD card.

The "hacking" part.
Open up notepad, type this in:

telnetd -l /bin/sh &
tcpsvd -E 0.0.0.0 21 ftpd -w /mnt/sd/ &

Save this file as autorun.sh in the main SD folder, that's all you need for hacking for FTP (This code is for telenet and ftp server. I don't know anything about the telenet part or if you need that or not). Do not delete this file, it will run the ftp server when the SD card is powered up.
Eject the SD card, insert it into the everdrive, power up the n64.
(it takes about 30 seconds for the WIFI SD card to start up the ftp server)
Go to the WIFI settings of your computer and connect to the network WIFISD
In file explorer type: "ftp://192.168.11.254" (or supposedly ftp://wifiSD but that hasn't worked for me)
That's it!
Alternatively you can make the card connect to your home wifi hotspot and you'll have to find the network IP address manually somehow (I access my router through my browser to find it). Check out the online manual!

WIFI on a flash cart is an interesting topic. Thanks for testing out that card.

I hear @marshallh 's new revision of the 64Drive has built in WIFI, but since the documentation didn't get updated yet, I'm not exactly sure what you can do with it. Anyone have any details about WIFI on the 64Drive? Does it do ftp read/write like this WIFI enabled SD card?
