The library is that small, huh? Is it expensive (outside of Korea)? I know they're hard to find. Cool collection! Can we get a snap of all the boxes you have too you mentioned above?
Yeah...but it's really just a re-skinned JALECO Super 3D Baseball. Licensed though, and accurate to the Korean major league teams of the time. The manual is quite cool! Actually it's probably more expensive IN Korea these days. There are prices nostalgic people are paying here that would make foreign collectors upset. That said, it depends highly on the title. Not too long ago a CIB copy of Final Fight sold for 700 Euros on eBay (French seller to another French buyer). The problem is there simply aren't enough copies for sale to satisfy these "whales" and bring the price down for the less crazy folks. Even 10 copies would make a huge impact on prices. While it's true that I did unbox the boxed copies I had, the sad fact remains that this collection may never be finished. Some games are simply too rare. Even pictures of them are hard to come by (ESPECIALLY Mega Man X and Turtles in Time, I've never even laid eyes on these.) Anyways, I think my set is fairly modest... I need six more "big" boxes and three more SFC-sized ones (I messed up and Buster Bros. should be up top). Notice that there are two releases of Super Mario World and Super Mario Kart, though the carts are identical. (yes, yes some have hologram stickers and I'd be happy to explain that as well but let's leave that topic aside for now) Off the top of my head I'm not sure the size of the Super Mini Comboy, it might be US-sized flipped on its side.
Were the games translated into Korean too? I remember reading somewhere they just used the US NTSC releases.
Only three of them: Taekwondo, Pro Yagu (Pro Baseball), and Dragon Ball Z 3 (both Hyundai and COST re-release). All of them are modified from their Japanese counterpart. The rest of the games are in English except for NBA JAM T.E. which, as mentioned above, is simply the SFC release in a Korean box. It was the only one released in this way.
