In restaurants. If you buy food in the supermarket is costs way more than food in Europe.

They sell Beef ribs here though, so I can't complain.

I was in Houston at the week-end and I eat myself to death for two days

So many people eat out as we were told by a tour guide we had

And seeing the size of some of them, looks like they are eating for the Special Olympics (eating)

hmmmm that video made me think twice about what I am eating, so give me two fine hamburger steaks, some serious lettuce, and a bit of Bernaise sauce, and perhaps a little bit of chips/fries. And then I am full :)

My fatness didn´t come from overeating in the common sense, but some meds I had to take when I was younger, and that freaky stupid meds gave me no stop button. So I could eat in reality that freaking (and to me in some ways disgusting) giant burger the man is trying to eat in the picture. And then 6 hours later, I would eat again, without even having any kind of repleteness. And that sucks in major ways. But thank goodnes, now adays I do have that stop button.

So I prefer lots of vegetables, and a tiny bit of the bad stuff in the mix nowadays .

And thank goodness, I am not on any kind of meds nowadays.

The things, they give children, so they can "fit in" is sickening. Sorry for the bit of bitternes. But damn, it isn´t cool to have been in that situation, that I am still in.

Being over-weight is not something you can't control, unless you have hormonal issues.

A balanced and proper diet + cardio will make you lose fat. (There are general guidelines, but for a personal program and to see what fits YOUR life style, make a responsible google search, or if you can afford, visit a dietician)

If i were the government, I would high-tax junk food, and food with low nutritional value (chips/crisps, hamburgers etc), just like alcohol and tobacco, promote agricultural food and cut down on the NHS cost by not having thousands of middle-aged people facing cardiac disease from bad eating habbits.

Just so everyone knows this thread wasn't intended as a dig against fat people, I myself was a rolly polly kid, able to sit on a dollar and squeese out change, more chins than chinatown, etc. Hell, I could still stand to lose about 20 lbs.

Just Chicken fried bacon strips... that just blew my mind. Like can you think of anything less healthy for you? Maybe Chocolate covered pork fat?

Oh wait, they eat that in Eastern Europe:

Great place, no? Takes an hour to drive anywhere. Hot & Muggy, and you aren't allowed in some establishments w/o a firearm.

Go to go to the non-chain places. There's good Tex Mex, but they do tend to get a bit liberal with the cheese.

Obviously a joke, but meant to illustrate how prolific guns are in the region.
