Okay. So I've recently recovered from a little brick on my 4.2E Wii by installing a custom theme. Maybe it sounds weird but it works fine now that I installed a custom theme. Since I temporarily got back to Wii modding until I can fix my OG Xbox I thought of changing my old intro video I had on my Wii with a new one,and so I went Through The Fire and Flames to get the new intro over (I had to use Homebrew Downloader to get ftpii then FTP'd my intro over) and then I rebooted a few times and finally my intro played. But suddenly, after it ends,I get a Exception (DSI) from which I need to press reset to boot into HBC. Any ideas why this happens? If it helps,my video is avi converted FROM a wmv,and here's a bit 'bout my Wii: BootMii installed - main brick protection Homebrew Channel installed - "failsafe" menu to recover from bricks System Menu - 4.2E (I have an European console) Wii version - RVL-001(EUR) Video mode - PAL60 16:9 Video cable type - Composite (I have a half cut component cable though, but funnily I don't have any HDTV,just a old RGB Platinum CRT TV and on that one I didn't notice a difference in quality. Maybe I'll convert it to SCART to use on my Magnum TV but now I use the composite one on DScaler atm and it looks crisp even with Composite O___O) DVD drive - still works perfectly since it didn't see any use with Dual Layer games And that's all about it. If there's more info needed about it,just ask and I'll provide. Oh,and the system menu theme is DarkWii Orange if this helps.
