I was wondering if anyone here has ordered replacement (side)art from places like phoenixarcade or classicarcadegrafix or any other place. And what you thought of the quality and service. Any recommendations? I need some replacement art for an old pacman and an r-type (if that can be found)
Such services are supposed to be good. However, they're never the same as the original (particularly Pac Man, which was painted, was it not?) I prefer to renovate the artwork myself, wherever possible.
