Could someone give me a quick run down?

I know there was the TG16/PCE. The Supergrafx. The TurboDuo. Super CD. Arcade CD. Some things only played on one thing, other things needed the CD Addon and the Supergrafx.

    Some help would be appreciated.

Basically just buy a Pioneer Laseractive with the US and Japanese PC Engine pacs and a Arcade Card (either will do) and then you can play everything (except Super Grafx games, all 5 of them...). ;p

I hope you have alot of money if you find one. You're better off buying a PC Engine DUO with an Arcade Duo card. Then buy a seperate Super Grafx as there are no Super Grafx CD games. Or you could buy a SGX, and the CD Unit and adapter to hook up to it to make the ultimate monster... Ok not quite the Genesis + 32X + Sega CD but it's still big. :p
