For those who didn't know, the new MicroSD version was release a few weeks back. Interesting. Does the new EZFIV have improved game saving? Do you still need to patch the ROMs? I can't for the life of me get my standard SD version to retain more than one save file at a time.
afaik still have to patch. If you're using it in combination with a DS flashcart (ie. AKAIO), you may be able to cross flash, I used to crossflash my ez4lite directly from AKAIO, so I never had to bother patching / writing to the ez4 at all
