    Hi All,

    Just figured that I should compile all the information I found for the EZ FLASH IV, so it will be easier to look for in the future. For those who didn't know, the new MicroSD version was release a few weeks back.

    Should you have error like "fat initial 0", likely you can fix it using the paper trick as describe by "Metoroid0" below.

    Interesting. Does the new EZFIV have improved game saving? Do you still need to patch the ROMs? I can't for the life of me get my standard SD version to retain more than one save file at a time.

    just curious, is the new ez4 microsdhc version 1:1 size wise with a legit retail cart?

    afaik still have to patch. If you're using it in combination with a DS flashcart (ie. AKAIO), you may be able to cross flash, I used to crossflash my ez4lite directly from AKAIO, so I never had to bother patching / writing to the ez4 at all
