F1 Racer and Dactyl Joust Atari Corp Internal Files.

Much like the Lynx files, i had originally hoped to post these in a general Unreleased games thread, but the existing Jaguar Thread has become so polluted by vain attempts to 1 up etc i feel clear blue water is needed to get information out to those who are interested in it and not trying to create forum drama.
