Just as the header for this thread states. I recently transferred my (legit, purchased) copy of Fable: The Lost Chapters to the hard drive of my softmodded Xbox (because my DVD drive is on its last legs) and the game continuously loops the publisher videos and intro video. I've tried clearing the cache and deleting my save files to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions?
What method did you use to rip the disc? I'm assuming the disc is in good working condition. You may have answered your own question in that the drive might have incorrectly ripped the game if its going out.
Fable is funny on my consoles, it will give DRE if playing off a backup unless I rip it (probably because the console auto patches rips)
I've also had trouble with Fable. That and Obi-wan. 2 of the games I probably want to put on there the most aha.
