Found this recently. It is factory sealed copy of Syndicate. The H seam is perfectly intact and corners appear to be in very good condition. The box has two stickers on the front and side that translate the title into Korean as well as a larger sticker on the back. This one indicates the importing company, date, number, and a warning that the game should not be played by students below junior high school. I wonder if the additional region "adjusting" stickers increase the value. They can simply be removed but I feel like they make it more special and rare.

Here is an album of pictures. Some are redundant but I'm not sure how to delete specific shots. http://imgur.com/a/kdsAl

    Any input is much appreciated!

From my experiences selling sealed games, I would say it depends on if you get a bidding war going or not. I remember when I had a stack of sealed games I was selling, I noticed a lot of the same buyers bidding on them.

If you want to play it safe, then set it at a high buy it now or best offer. That's what I started doing with items like this.

Yeah...oh well too late for this one. I'll share how much it sells for once it's finished.

Well, it sold for $113 with 6 people sniping in the last minute. I think the Korean stickers scare laymen away. Definitely won't be auctioning it like that again.

I've always been too scared too remove sticks, but it is probably the better move. Hopefully you can find another one of these laying around somewhere haha
