Games Planet have these deals on which are half the prices of the Steam sales:

Fallout 3 GotY (possible censored version):

    Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition:

    Morrowind GotY:

    Oblivion GotY:

It's a German site but I signed up, bought them via Paypal and activated the Steam Keys with no problems here in the UK. I don't speak a word of German so if I can do it you can too!

Careful when buying in/from Germany: lots of censored titles! Out of the four above, F3 is usually a "low violence" version, though the store claims the keys they sell give you an uncut game. No idea if that's true - caveat emptor.

The other three games should be fine.

Ah, never realised that. I actually already have Fallout 3 GotY on disc but I wanted it in digital format as my Windows tablet doesn't play nicely with my USB DVD drive so I can't install it. In fact I have Oblivion (not GotY though) and Morrowind GotY on disc too but re-bought them too, been wanting to play Morrowing on my tablet too!

What are the differences? Fallout 3 isn't particularly violent apart from the kill-cam which I don't like anyway.

Seems like the Fo3 is not the uncut version from putting some of the comments through a translator.

EDIT: Although this post says otherwise:
"I'm american, living in germany. This is an easy peasy uncut version in germany! No "VPN to activate" bullshit. Enter key in Steam, dowload, play. The way the rest of the world has it. Thank you and thank bethesda! Also: Prizetag is half compared to all other stores, and that is without discount. G4WL must be a thing of the past, as I have not seen any of that. I didn't buy Fallout 3 on Steams summer sale because of the low violence version, I bought New Vegas Ultimate though, and managed to get around 50 hours into that in two weeks. I'm hooked and can't wait for november. I already told my german friends to go get it here... thumbs up, guys!"

Judging by the comments, the uncut keys seem to come and go. Or maybe there was an issue/misunderstanding earlier that they fixed. Not sure. Either way, right now there's a note up saying they got a batch of new, uncensored keys:
Guess what I'm saying is, maybe don't read too much into to months-old comments, but wait for someone to take the plunge and report back here. I bought F3 but probably won't get around to installing it for a couple of days, unfortunately.
