Does this system have the same vertical line problem like the American toploader? And if not are there any other reasons not to pick this system over the original Famicom?
So no vertical lines or just less visible ones? So does a Famicom AV have the same picture quality as a regular NES running through AV cables?
Quite sure vertical lines are just noise picked up from an adjacent address line, so it's not inherent to the video, it varies with the video path on different boards; from memory my AVFC doesn't have them.
