Can they use a NES to Famicom adaptor to play NES games ? :p just curious as i have 2 famicom clones and i would like to know this as it will save me the cash from buying a used NES in Australia the adaptor would be a cheaper option here and another console takes up space

Yes. But it will be unstable because of the size of NES carts.

Adapters do exist. I think the unstable ones would be those that are just a circuit board and connector. However when I got my Handy FamiEight clone it had a plastic enclosed adapter that plugged into the unit and let you play NES games. It worked great other than Castlevania III not working likely do to improper wiring.

If you mean an adapter to play SNES on N64 there are a few. The one I know of is called the Tristar64. It should also allow NES to play with a NES to SNES adapter too.

    WOW!

    NES game,
    NES to SNES apter,
    SNES to N64 adapter,
    N64 console.

That'd be quite a stack for playing NES games on a N64.

LOL that would look funny its a shame that the Tristar is not cheap a actual Snes or Nes is cheaper but i wish the tristar was not so expensive

You can pickup Famicoms rather cheaply actually. If you're going to play on a clone however, just grab a Wii and softmod it you'll have a bigger chance of compatibility rate than with some converter - as not all converters even work on the real system it's self. ;)

The Tristar 64 has both, a Famicom and SFC/SNES slot, so no need for an NES to SNES adapter or something with it, although you'll still need an NES to Famicom one. But that said, the Tristar 64's compatibility with NES/SNES games is hit and miss - I can't tell if it's any worse than with other clones, but I've had problems with several of my games on it.

I have a Wii its just not softmodded i am not much of a modder about the only thing i know how to mod is a US/JAP n64 to play the other region simple 3 minute job XD
Tristar is expensive :p just looking for decent cheap alternatives to playing NES games i have 2 famicom clones and a SNES =) and N64 a cheap adaptor for either would be ok unless i come across the real thing for a good price

Wii modding is a quick job too. Just need an SD card.
