I have tested a lot of famicom and 100% of the time the cartridge is just dirty but this one will not work even with a good cartridge. I cleaned the connector on the board but still the same. Any ideas? When i turn the power switch on with a good cartridge it's like powering on a good famicom without a cartridge inserted.
Bad caps, corroded traces, corroded/cracked solder points, failed IC's... Could literally be anything
Open it up and take the rf shield off. Then take a picture of the motherboard from the top and bottom.
