I want to purchase some of these to review for my website. Are the games good ports or are they glitchy? Anybody not like how the games could be possibly different? Just wondering because I don't want to pay for something I wouldn't like.

They can look a bit stretched due to re-sizing it for the GBA's weird resolution, but they run fine. Should say though, not as well as the pirate multicart I have, that has about 40 NES games emulated.

Famicom games ported to the gba. Mini because its the famicom game but on a smaller gba cart. Thanks for your input guys. I will have to find a couple somewhere now.

Believe it or not, the GBA actually has a lower resolution than the Famicom! 240x160, compared to the FC's 256x224...

Thats what I meant, not the number of pixels, but the width vs height difference, the GBA is more "widescreen" so some things look deformed in the games.

Hey, the GBA "ports" (NES Classics, US versions) are $10 a pop at Wal*Mart.

Advice: Only get the good ones like Castlevania, Super Mario Bros., and Zelda. Games like Metroid can be unlocked in Metroid Prime, or even Metroid: Zero Mission, and donkey kong can be gotten by various other ways (Then again, my statement means jack if you are a collector, but eh...)

I wasn't going to buy any of the nes classics stuff because I can just get those on the nes easily. I was going to get some of the famicom games that are hard to track down/or I'm too lazy to find complete in their famicom version.

The one game I bought was Castlevaina, which looks great on the SP.

And, of course, kicks major ass.
