You're much too genki, I think! :-D Calm down. Anyway, that looks like a modern licensed "Famicom" product, not an old item. Who knows what it is? But my wild guess is it's a toy phone for kids (or retro freaks) that plays different Famicom sound effects with each press of the keypad buttons.
