yeah , that's really cool. i saw a pc in a nes too , i loved it more , because the cd tray was where you insert cartriges :smt033 if i refind it on the web , ill post an image of it. it was strange to say but, this nes was more powerful than my pc. :smt043
Now if that was me, I would stick a laptop hard drive into a SNES cart and have the ide connector in the cart slot. I generally use a lot of different hard drives with different OS's so that would be ideal for me! :smt023 Hmm... I have a dead SNES... and some shite carts... where to pick up a cheap mini mobo...
Lucky for you http://www.mini-itx.com/store/ They are in the UK and their prices are better compared to here.
Ah, you shouldnt have given me the link, I have ideas brewing and I know the Mrs would have a fit if I actually started it... :toimonster:
I plan on making the fastest PSX system with that thing and maybe have it just run emulators, like PSX games.:smt033
Xbox fits in a NES case. nearly. That'll do nicely as a Linux PC, running GentooX or Xebian. Just need to extend the rear slightly, using a DC or XBox cooling fan add on unit. And maybe use a slimline DVD. but it will work, damn it....
Thats pretty cool, but i'll stick to my huge tower PC :drinkers: Also i'm new to Assembler forums :smt023 :smt118 ..XS
