Faulty Playstation 3 from ebay outcome

As a few of you know I got a dead Playstation 3 from eBay.. contacted the seller and refused to refund me and he said it worked blah blah. Anyway, I got my refund last night and here is the outcome and his reply, you won't believe what he said.. What a dickhead.

I have just been through the paypal system from all directions more times than I would like. So its just experience

He made it out that he refunded the money. What a wanker! Wish there was some way to report him, he's a scammer.
