Always thought that the japanese Golden Axe 3 cover was amazing, saying that so is ghjouls n ghosts from japan i have both hehe

Hey Skitzo where did you even find that?

I know it was gold and all (or close anyway) but I wasnt aware they ever had a box design.

 

I'm not usually a cover art connoisseur, but I have to say that this is an amazingly great cover:

One of my favorite NES games also featured one of the best box art designs. Zanac. Weird and interesting, just like the game:



Also, Seismic and Renovation had great box art during the Genesis era.
Different from the usual cookie cutter stuff we were used to back in the day.

 

Ooh... Hard to choose. I love most of the Sonic covers, especially Sonic Adventure 2 Battle:



But I love the PSO I&II for Xbox cover because, well, it's awesome:

This is the game that got me into collecting for the MD... JPN MD box design has to be some of the best ever created. This one's my favorite of all-time.

 

Was always a fan of the Kingdom Hearts covers.
