ok, want to watch a film tonight with my better half have the choice of transformers die hard 4 oceans 13 suggestions? or should i just bugger them all and watch hot fuzz again?
Thanks to Orange wednesday i`ve seen Oceans 13 and Die hard 4.0, havent seen transformers yet. I enjoyed O13 a lot more than O12 and it was more enjoyable than DH4.0. I`m sure your better half will enjoy O13 better with it`s undeniable cool and swagger, aslong as you aren`t going to get jealous of her ogling George Clooney and Brad Pitt. Die Hard was a decent film, but some of the action was so tongue in cheek it was silly. Both films are similar to their respective predecessors, comes down to which one you enjoy more.
ahh, another user of orange wednesday! the only reason i have a pay as you go orange simcard! i think it prob going ot end up none of them tbh, but thanks for the advice, and i must admit, oceans looks good, where are the plot to diehard just looks cheesey
All 3 are good. Die Hard 4 is one of the best action movies I've ever seen, well worth it. I went twice. Ocean's 13 is good, but not great. There's not really an awful lot to it. And they overpriced the Channel Tunnel drill, which was just up the road from me for years, by a LOT - it actually sold for £20,000, I believe. Transformers is good, and has some funny moments. I think perhaps that would be the favourite of the action movies for a girl, if she's not so into them. Of course, Shrek 3 is on, too.. or Harry Potter. Sorry this was a bit late! I'd go for Die Hard, personally... although Transformers is good, too.
Well, Die Hard 4 was entertaining, but kinda stupid. I haven't seen either of those other movies, but they both look like popcorn movies to me. Unless you're dying to see something new, I'd suggest you just watch Hot Fuzz again.
it ended up being oceans, which i enjoyed more than 12 but less than 11, and came home and watched hotfuzz, shaun of the dead and a few episodes of spaced for good measure! ive since downloaded die hard (naughty me!) and will watch it on my portable player next week when im stuck in a cold damp tent!
