Well if it's like mine, probably has only the language switch. Few older US TVs accept 50hz.

Can i have a shipping quote? for the sega dreamcast plus the nintendo ds to santiago chile? (less pricey pleas, and if you can, the price for both and, separated items + est. shipping)

 

67 for both in the same box.
DS lite alone would be $25 and dreamcast alone would be $52.
In other words, its better if you combine. One issue though is that I don't think USPS insures or tracks internationally.
