Puke is fine but might be painful due to the acid in an eye or damage to your teeth from puking let alone your stomach. Scat runs the risk of infection obviously. When it comes to mental health "normal" is culturally relative. In my culture wanting to kill yourself is considered "wrong" no matter what though personally I feel anyone who has terminal cancer should be able to commit suicide through pain free/low pain methods if they are in a great deal of pain. In Japan of old seppuku was considered valid. In terms of sex the line of normal is one toed often with homosexuality considered to be a mental disorder by the DSM at one point and many states here in the US had anti-sodomy laws (no butt sechz or BJs for you!) until they were struck down as unconstitutional. IIRC Alabama still has laws making sex toys illegal. tl;dr: normal is culturally relative with subcultures mattering as well.
There's nothing wrong with being abnormal, either. Some (me) might argue that being slightly abnormal is actually a good thing; it makes you unique. I mean, come on - we're talking about this on a forum where people collect hundreds if not thousands of videogames. That's pretty abnormal, but I don't think there's anything wrong with it. But yeah, I agree, this is not the place to discuss fetishes.

Foot Fetishes might be pretty common in the gaming community but most people probably won't admit to it for fear of being considered crazy or gross, i'm a gamer and I have one and you know I'm honestly proud to have my fetish.
