    I can't tell if it's the picture or maybe just my monitor, but is there some brownish discolouration in the back-left corner of the top of the Playstation? If so, is that heat damage or is it just a bit grubby?

    Also, I have a handful of SCPH-7502 and SCPH-9002 units, would the laser assembly from one of those fit the debug unit? I'm wondering if that might solve the "CDRs-work-on-its-side" issue. If so, I'm definitely interested, but I wouldn't be able to actually buy it off you until the end of the month, so I won't PM you or anything just yet.

    iirc you can take apart the laser assembly from one of those units and fit the parts into the laser assembly from the debug ps1, but it might take some slight adjustment. there's been posts on this forum about it before.

    Will be adding a gold disc beta version of Tekken 2 when I get a photo taken, will be looking for £100 for that, info and photo coming soon.
