dont know what legit did to my one i use at home, but it works perfectly!

It shouldn't be region specific, the input voltage is adjustable via a typical P.C style slide switch 110vac-240vac (approx)

I thought Katana was the earlier machine, the one with the Saturn ports?

My Dreamcast Set 4 prototype originally used Saturn controller ports, it was not even called Katana and it has Dual SH4's and Dual SH2's :smt030
