This looks fake to me. While this guy is talking shit, all the other people aren't even like smiling or snickering or anything. You'd think some of the people in the background would be busting up laughing.

Tourist-receiving countries make fun of foreigners all the time in their native language, the Greeks do it a lot - I know I've done it in a couple of occasions as a kid. That said, I don't see any evidence that this is indeed a valid translation.
