What is pumping all the water, though? Is it something on a boat? How far from the boat can you go?

True that the inevitable fall will be on water, not concrete. However, if you fall a storey onto water, it'll still be pretty hard. You could still hurt yourself. You could still faint. Faint on concrete and you'll eventually come around. Faint in water and you drown. Small point!
