Thanks, and yes, if the buyer need proof when purchasing I show him, but up to today never have to do this maybe because some people know me... and do not needed. Btw, I apologize if my reaction was not what all you guys wished, but I do not like when people are talking about my sales (and without asking me first if these are real and if can prove it) and talk about legit or not... this is one of the reason I do not sell on this forum, because you have to proof everything, in the picture need to have date, username, proof from where comes, etc... so much info to give I have only WTB thread and not WTS. Please note that... "Some guys are talking about respect or attitude here, but who were the first to talking bad about my item? you or me? ...hmm... I simply responded to your "affirmations" you have just to ask me if was not sure... so do not be angry if I get pissed off from that." Regards."
Actually, you do. We have rules here - please follow them. I think you might have slightly misinterpreted what was said - it would seem that English isn't your first language, so that's perfectly understandable. People were questioning whether the items were genuine, as an open debate - nobody actually said they aren't genuine! Calling people retarded is disrespectful - the word is a slur on people with learning disabilities. Such behaviour is not tolerated here. If you have proof that signatures are genuine, that's great and nobody is not believing you. Just say so calmly. As I pointed out, if you'd put that on your own website (proof available on purchase) then you'd never have had people debating whether the signatures were genuine! Look on this thread as good exposure to your sales (over 1,000 views in 2 weeks) and be gracious ;-) Could I ask your help on something? Would you be able to change your location to just a word? Your country will do. We don't need to know the exact building you're in via Google Maps! ;-) There seems to be an issue with the forum (not your fault) whereby your long link there is making the page display funny. It would be most helpful if you could make it shorter Thanks!
Yes you do have to moderate, EVERYONE DOES. It's part of the rules, and the other thing is you're now abusing two of the staff for simply telling you to behave. You're only ruining your own reputation here. Instead of jumping on your high horse next time, maybe act more civil and show your proof. Then problem solved. Having a rant about how stupid everyone is for doubting your items, is not the way to go.
In this forum you can do what you want, but still will be wrong what I do... so, just to make you happy, ok... you are all right I do not want more to talk about that...
With comments like "no provenance = worthless", it seems a bit hypocritical to be chastising NetYaroze for disrespect.
He is not the one that started the thread. Someone posts a thread questioning the authenticity of his items not knowing who he was and he defends himself so you go after him? That's not right. If someone is being talked about I think they have the right to respond.
The guy who started the thread should have taken the time to email NetYaroze (and question him there) since he was already on his website to begin with and who doesn't have their email on a website for contact? Instead of plastering things here without any proof himself that the items are "fake". pretty sure it takes less time to find NetYaroze's email than to login to assembler, create a new topic, write up this topic with url and few sentences and post. Also makes no sense to say "heres a person selling rare dev stuff on this site" + "oh but don't go because I think its fake" Its like saying theres gold in them there hills, but don't go because theres a human eating bear inside. If the 2nd part is true it makes you wonder what was the point of bringing up the 1st. I could see people questioning betas/protos like 'hey we need proof like pictures of video of differences" but a signature? What do I have to bring jesus down from the sky to prove he signed my book? NetYaroze you the MAN. If it was me id reply also to defend myself.
The OP didn't create this thread to say "be careful of this it looks dodgy" but to bring it to the attention of potential buyers - particularly Crash fans - who might be interested. All he said was that he wasn't sure it was all legit.
It's possible to defend yourself, without acting like a complete twat. Can't blame people for being skeptical at all.
woah! Its been awhile since I am back on this thread, so many things have happen! When I open this thread with the intention of sharing my website find, and little did I realize that the website belongs to a fellow Assembler here. (*I seriously have no idea that its was from a fellow bro here*) I sincerely apologized if I have cause any reputation damage to you, or put you through any flaming war or stress to prove that the items are legit. And as you explain it, I, myself will take your word that its as legit as it can be for your "crash" games and item. I hope everyone can put this matter/debate aside and move forward. My respects to NetYaroze and the mods involved.
Don't feel bad for what you posted, it wasn't intended. It was NetYaroze causing the issues for himself and himself only, he has no clue on how to deal with such situation and started being a twat. If anyone hurt his sales, it was himself.
That Crash collection is darn cool! Its really cool to see all of the different variations of the same game. Would definitely love to get a signed copy.
