In my collection I found: Sega Scream Vol. 1 disc and sleeve, includes Playable versions of: 3 Dirty Dwarves Bug Too! Daytona USA CCE Virtual On Baku Baku and Non-playable versions of: mr.Bones Fighting Vipers Virtua Cop 2 Dark Savior Sega Worldwide Soccer '97 Not sure how rare that is, but also found: Christmas Nights into Dreams Sampler Inside the Sleeve was a pamphlet from Japan detailing the game. Titled Soft Information Vol.7, it has Nights on 2 pages, and the rest shows other games, including a white version of the Nights controller. The whole thing is in Japanese so don't know what it says. I had no clue I had either, both were just sitting on my bookcase between my Sega Saturn and CD game cases. Both are in pretty solid shape due to that. So what's the verdict? Rare or "meh" items? Edit: The game sleeve for Nights is completely in English and looks to be in the US packaging, but the insert is Japanese. Completely weird.
How about Madden Champion Edition for Genesis? At the bottom it says its a Rental exclusive and not to be sold to the public.
