Hello, new to the forum with a question that has hopefully not been answered already. Will a euro scart cable that is already using csync(raw sync) work in a adapter that has a sync stripper? I am going to buy a euro scart to JP21 cable adapter for the rgb input, and don't know if I should buy a pass-through or one with a sync stripper. I converted some of my cables to output csync, but some like the ps1 and pcengine need a sync stripper as getting csync is either impossible or really difficult.

Update.I hacked away the JP21 cable that came with the framemeister to allow Euroscart instead. I have tested some of the csync cables and found they work with no adjustment. I tried the sync on composite cables and found even after adjusting the sync level the picture still shutters. The PCEngine works with the sync set to auto while the megadrive/genesis 2 , I can't get a stable image at all. Will the sync stripper fix this, or is there some other adjustment that needs to be made?
