    You could burn a disc with ulaunch.elf on it>hotswap>install>profit?


    You'd have to put a small amount of effort forth (open console or prod at eject mech and burn a disc) but the cost of a blank disc should be less than that to drive your memory card to someone, should be cheaper than posting it anywhere too!

    Just trying to throw you another option to meet the ends you seek.
