They sure do, but a French N64 still needs modification for it to transmit RGB. There's a guy on eBay who sells ready-modded French RGB N64s for about £100 a go.

Paris is OK for retro stores (compared to the UK), but to be honest your best bet would be to buy from eBay.fr, which you could obviously do from home anyway. Retro stores owners will usually know the value of a FRA model, whereas on eBay you'll occasionally find some advertised as FRA models for good prices or, depending on how good your French is, you can ask sellers who haven't specified what model they have.

As said Marmotta, ebay probably is the best choice. Prices are way too high in most shops, it's "fo your eyes only" except in 2 shops : Trader (which also has some overpriced games). It's a small shop with tons of import games and a large choice of cheap Saturn games.
You'll find about 10 shops on the same street : Boulevard Voltaire (metro Republique or Oberkampf). If you go there, Maxxi games is a must see.
We also have a Book off in Paris. I've bought tons of Saturn games there, though prices have recently increased.

Paris is heaven for retrogames compared to Holland, I've yet to see a second store that sells anything older than +-10 years and isn't old stock. Not to mention most online retro stores are going out of business in Holland...
But I've been at Maxxi Games (was in a rush, but seen a lot of other stores I'd love to visit some day) The guy downstairs speaks pretty good English, which I can say from expirience is a rarity in France, and has quite good prices. Consoles are a bit on a high price point for my taste, but seeing ebay france is pretty average here so no real complaint. The guy was happy to help me and looked confused about me asking for a France model, but it was sorted quickly and it was defiantly a lot cheaper than importing one. In all a great store and will definitely come back if I can.
