    Definitely. At least 12lb from USA, looks to approach near $80 if by USPS... You probably can check their rates.

    Yup this type of situation puts MUCH doubt on me getting Mega CD anytime soon. As much as I want the PAL exterior aesthetics. Especially if model 1 which people don't like to sell, let alone ship overseas with their bulk. Even then it'd offer zero gameplay effect over region modding a very common US model 2...
