Sega Saturn modchips - $20 each (I can pick from my stash particular models that are compatible with "64pin" and "Sanyo" Saturns) - Otherwise Trenton_Net has them for less than what I'm asking.
Dreamcast keyboard; SEGANET labeled - $10 - virtually immaculate with little use.
White PS1 controllers - $5 each. (I have more of the grey variety not in the above picture, some analog, most not)
    Model 1 Genesis - non-High Definition Graphics version - $5 - console only
Grey Nintendo 64 controller - $5 - (I do have more than just the one pictured as well as a yellow controller used as the basis for the DK64 edition)
GameBoy - $5 - screen has some scratches on it, appears to work just fine. - SOLD!

SCPH-101 PSOne with stealth modchip installed. Comes with console, A/V and power cables, 1 controller (white analog model that original came with the 101), 1 memory card and a blank Taiyo Yuden CD-R. The PSOne is calibrated to use these and I cannot guarantee any other brand will work as well, but hey they might. - $35 - SOLD!
Model 1 Genesis - High Definition Graphics model - $5

Note: the PAL Mega Drive 2 has been taken by Pikkon.[IMG]
SCPH-5501 and SCPH-9001 - both have modchips installed using MM3 code (which means it should boot all modchip detecting games) - package deal comes with one controller (non-analog), one memory card, set of A/V and power cables and 1 (one) Taiyo Yuden CD-R. These guys are calibrated to use Taiyo Yuden CD-Rs and like the PSOne above I cannot guarantee that it will work as well with other, lesser brands. 100% complete with the parallel port cover installed. - $25 each

    N64 Transfer Pak - $1

Hey APE, is that Megadrive controller sold at all? I'm in the need for one. How much would you ask for that?

At the moment no, looks like I failed to price it. $5 was what I was hoping for and I do have a few more. Some with orange text, some with white.

Also how much would shipping be to Australia? These are all genuine ones you're speaking of right?

100% Sega made. Shipping would depend on how quickly you want it, First Class mail is cheap but can take anywhere from 5 days to 2.5 months (the former was here to Norway and the latter here to Berlin. I have no idea). A small flat-rate box would fit 1 controller and cost ~$14 IIRC. A flat-rate envelope would cost the same but I could fit 2-3 controllers if I do it right; it would take a maximum of 10 days and be trackable.

They're all 21 pin based to my knowledge which means they shouldn't be compatible with the Model 1 Saturns. One type looks nearly identical to those sold by SegaStyle and RacketBoy which leads me to believe they might be modifiable using existing instructions to work on a Model 1.

That's what I was afraid of. If I were to ask you to mod one for a model 1 saturn (i'm not good with soldering small components) how much more would the price be?
also don't sell the SCPH-5501 and SCPH-9001 psx's yet (if you already haven't) i'm interested in buying but don't know if i'll have the money for one till this weekend.

I'll consider them on hold, I can't seem to find the 9001 but I have a second 5501 and the 7501 is getting a new lid to look like new.

$45 to modify one to be Model 1 compatible. I don't have a Model 1 on hand and I'll need to verify how closely related the two chips are. Thankfully I have a dead RacketBoy chip on hand for comparison purposes.

How many of the "racketboy style" chips do you have?

I could do with a couple for some model 1's

At least 6. They're labeled as being "SSIC7A" and the chip I'm 85% sure came from RacketBoy is labeled "SSIC8B" which explains why they're so similar. The 7A has more chips and is a slightly larger PCB than the 8B. I'd wager the mod could be performed on it but the existing instructions would need to be adapted for the difference in design.

They do work on 64 pin models as well.

You'll notice that the crystal and 74HC04 spots are unpopulated on the 8B and are installed on the 7A. The biggest difference is which side of the PCB the chips are on, make note of the orientation of the gold fingers:

So far I've made no attempt at cleaning up the second chip as it was essentially dead in the Saturn it came out of. It would look like they moved the GAL16V8B from through hole to surface mount and eliminated the capacitors/resistors with the crystal. The through hole resistors/capacitors were converted to surface mount as well towards the 21 pin connector.

The laser? Been out for some time now. Shipping a N64 cart would be fairly cheap to get out to South Africa.

Ah, I thought they were the same chips. If I was going to put in the time to work out the mod on another chip - I would just do it on the cheaper ones that I can get easily.

All chips should be moddable, you are just routing signals to the correct pins as 20 and 21 pin saturns pinout is quite different.
