    All have been sold, thank you!

    Up for sale are some Duo X3 modchips. They feature two 256KB BIOS banks which can be selected by a switch. Pin header is included.


    Price is $9.75 each (2 in stock), shipped to anywhere in the US. I can ship internationally, but shipping will be a little extra.

    Will they work with a 1.6? If so then I may get one. Going to see about turning my 1.6 board into a NAS with twin 2TB drives running XDSL. Need a mod chip to load a BIOS for the Linux and I don't feel like putting my Xecuter 2.6CE in it. Such a waste...

    BTW, I do have a board to rebuild the missing lines on the LPC port (came with the Xecuter 2.6CE) so that won't be a problem.

    Everything should work with a 1.6 as long as you rebuild the LPC. The problem is that the BIOS flashed to most modchips do not support the video encoder on the 1.6 which isn't a problem if you have either an external programmer or a second XBox to reprogram it.
